1. Digital Products Only

Minova specializes exclusively in digital 3D printable files (STLs). No physical products, printed miniatures, or shipping are involved. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital file intended for use with a 3D printer.

2. Printing & Technical Responsibility

All models are provided as raw, unsupported STL files unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for slicing, generating supports, and configuring your 3D printer according to your specific machine and material.

While our models are rigorously tested for structural integrity, Minova is not responsible for failed prints, wasted resin/filament, hardware damage, or any technical issues arising during the printing process.

3. Licensing Agreements

We offer two types of licenses. By purchasing an item, you agree to adhere strictly to the rules of the selected license:

• Personal Use License: You may print the files for personal use only. You may not sell the digital files, nor may you sell the physical printed models. Sharing, modifying, or distributing the STL files is strictly prohibited.
• Commercial Use License: You may sell the physical, printed models of the files. However, you are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, distributing, or modifying the digital STL files themselves. You must not use our models for mass production via molds or injection.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the digital files have been downloaded or accessed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience a legitimate technical issue with a corrupted file, please contact our support team, and we will provide a replacement file.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D models, images, and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Minova. Unauthorized distribution, theft, or recasting of our designs will result in immediate termination of your licenses and potential legal action.
